It adopts a hydraulic automatic clamping system that can provide super large clamping force to stably fix ultra-large-sized samples of 350mm×250mm. It is equipped with a 5.5kW high-power motor that adapts to the cutting needs of high-hardness heavy-duty materials, improving the cutting efficiency by more than 3 times. The circulating flood cooling system can continuously provide cooling medium for the cutting area, effectively avoiding changes in the metallographic structure of the sample caused by high temperature. The integrated spiral debris conveying device can automatically transport cutting debris to the external collection bucket without frequent manual cleaning, adapting to long-term continuous operation scenarios. It supports both manual and automatic operation modes to meet the usage habits of different operators, and is equipped with a remote control interface to adapt to the production needs of intelligent factories.

The whole machine has dimensions of 2200mm×1800mm×2200mm and a net weight of 850kg. It is equipped with a 400mm diamond cutting disc as standard, with a maximum cutting section of 350mm×250mm. The working speed is steplessly adjusted in the range of 300-1500rpm. The power supply is 380V 50Hz three-phase AC with a rated power of 5.5kW. The workbench is made of heavy cast iron with strong stability and no vibration offset. It is equipped with a 10-inch industrial touch screen that can preset cutting parameters and store multiple sets of processing procedures. The cutting feed adopts high-precision ball screw transmission with a positioning accuracy of ±0.015mm. It is equipped with an emergency stop device and a safety door interlock system to ensure operational safety in heavy-duty operation scenarios.
It is mainly used in heavy machinery manufacturing enterprises, large steel plants, ship manufacturing R&D centers and aerospace heavy component testing laboratories.
