Adopting PLC touchscreen control system, it can preset multiple processing parameters such as cutting stroke, feed speed and cooling time, and store multiple sets of processing programs to meet the cutting needs of different samples. The automatic feed mechanism adopts ball screw transmission, ensuring cutting accuracy of ±0.1mm. The pressurized water circulation system rapidly removes cutting heat, avoiding sample annealing or metallographic structure changes. The body is made of thick steel plate welding structure, with shock absorption and noise reduction functions, improving the stability of long-term operation. It is equipped with an interlocking protective device, which automatically stops when the protective cover is opened, ensuring operator safety. It is compatible with 250mm cutting wheels to meet the cutting needs of different hardness materials, solving the pain points of low efficiency and poor consistency in large-batch sample cutting.

The maximum cutting size is 200mm×150mm, with a cutting wheel diameter of 250mm and a motor power of 1.5KW. The cutting speed ranges from 800 to 3500rpm, and the automatic feed stroke is adjustable from 0 to 80mm. The touchscreen has a resolution of 800×600, and the cooling water tank has a capacity of 20L. The overall dimensions are 1200mm (length) × 800mm (width) × 1350mm (height), with a net weight of 210kg. The power supply specification is 380V 50/60Hz. The safety configuration includes door interlock shutdown, emergency stop button, and over-temperature and overload protection. It is compatible with 250mm diameter cutting wheels with a thickness of 2 to 4mm, and the cutting flatness can reach ≤0.06mm.
