It is equipped with a high-definition vision alignment system that can accurately align the sample marking points to ensure the accuracy of the cutting position, with a cutting accuracy of ±0.01mm. The fully enclosed dust-proof protection structure with IP65 protection grade adapts to harsh laboratory production environments.

The whole machine has dimensions of 1200mm×800mm×1100mm and a net weight of 180kg. It is equipped with a 250mm diamond cutting disc as standard, with a maximum cutting section of 200mm×150mm. The working speed is steplessly adjusted in the range of 500-2000rpm. The power supply is 380V 50Hz three-phase AC with a rated power of 3kW. The workbench is equipped with a high-precision linear guide rail, and the automatic feeding accuracy can reach 0.01mm. It is equipped with a 7-inch touch operation panel that can store 100 sets of cutting procedures to adapt to the cutting needs of different batches of samples. The debris collection box adopts a drawer design for convenient regular cleaning of metal and debris waste.
It is mainly used in third-party material testing institutions, auto parts R&D workshops and aerospace material quality inspection centers.
