Post RFQ
It adopts a high-sensitivity detector dedicated to the visible light band, with a detection accuracy of ±0.2%, fully meeting the transmittance detection standards for building glass. It supports two modes: single-point scanning and regional detection, which can accurately detect local defects of glass. The whole machine weighs only 5.5kg, and is equipped with a retractable detection bracket to adapt to glass curtain wall detection of different heights. It is equipped with Bluetooth 5.0 and USB-C interfaces, which can synchronize detection data to the supporting mobile APP in real time and generate intuitive transmittance test reports. It has an IP53 protection level, which can cope with dust and slight splashing at construction sites. It is equipped with one-click automatic calibration function, which does not require professional personnel to complete the calibration operation, simplifying the detection process. The lightweight aluminum alloy body is paired with anti-slip rollers, making it easy to move and use on construction sites.

The detection wavelength range is 380nm to 780nm visible light band, fully covering the common detection spectrum of building glass. The transmittance detection accuracy is ±0.2%, and the single detection time is ≤2 seconds. It is compatible with building glass samples with a maximum size of 1.5m (width) × 2m (length), and supports customized large-scale glass detection fixtures. The overall dimensions are 500mm (length) × 400mm (width) × 200mm (height), with a net weight of 5.5kg. It has a built-in 8000mAh rechargeable lithium battery, supporting 6 hours of continuous detection, and supports USB-C fast charging. It has obtained CE and RoHS certifications, meeting EU building material detection standards. The data storage capacity reaches 3000 sets of test results, supporting export to computers via USB-C interface or synchronization to the supporting mobile APP via Bluetooth 5.0. It has an IP53 protection level, which can cope with the harsh environment of construction sites.

It is suitable for on-line quality inspection of building glass manufacturers, on-site detection at building curtain wall construction sites, finished product quality inspection of door and window enterprises, and glass performance detection of third-party building material testing institutions. It can quickly detect the transmittance parameters of various building glasses such as tempered glass, hollow glass, laminated glass and coated glass, helping enterprises timely detect unqualified products and ensure that the lighting performance of building curtain walls and doors and windows meets the design standards. Typical application scenarios include finished product spot check in glass production workshops, lighting performance acceptance after building curtain wall installation, and product display detection in door and window stores.
