It has excellent thermal stability, can work in the temperature range of -60°C to 200°C, and has passed 1000-hour salt spray corrosion resistance test, as well as excellent insulation performance suitable for precision electrical components. The kit includes precision dispensing needles and polishing cloth, making it easy to construct in a dust-free environment.

Each repair kit contains 50 milliliters of nano silicon carbide repair agent, with a solid content of 75%. The repair layer thickness is controlled between 0.001-0.01mm, and the cured hardness reaches HRA 90. The tensile strength is 25MPa, and it complies with ASTM G173 wear resistance standards. It has passed 1000-hour neutral salt spray test, and the insulation resistance reaches 10^12 Ω·cm. The product requires construction in a dust-free environment, and the full cure time is 48 hours. It meets ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certification standards.
