The iron-nickel alloy powder composite formula ensures that the expansion coefficient of the repair layer is consistent with that of steel substrates, avoiding delamination caused by thermal expansion and contraction. The product is packaged in aerosol cans, which can be sprayed directly without special construction tools, making it suitable for both workshop and on-site repair. It has excellent impact resistance, can withstand 50kg·cm impact without cracking, and has an IP67 waterproof rating, making it suitable for outdoor and humid environments. It is also non-toxic and environmentally friendly, with low VOC content.

Each aerosol can contains 1 Liter of repair agent, with a solid content of 70%. The recommended spraying thickness is 0.3-1mm. After full curing, the Shore D hardness reaches 78, the welding strength complies with AWS D1.1 standards, and the impact resistance is 50kg·cm without cracking. The product can be constructed at temperatures between 5°C and 40°C, with a surface drying time of 4 hours and a full cure time of 24 months. It meets EU environmental protection standards and has passed ISO 9001 quality certification.

This product is widely used in repairing the inner wall wear of steel pipelines, hydraulic pressure rods of construction machinery, hardware molds, automobile chassis components, and inner walls of industrial valves. It can repair wear scratches and corrosion pits, restore the sealing and wear resistance of components, and can be welded after curing, making it suitable for components that require secondary welding processing. It effectively extends the service life of metal components and reduces maintenance costs.
