This repair agent stands out with its marine-specific formulation that delivers exceptional saltwater corrosion resistance, passing 1000 hours of ASTM B117 salt spray testing without corrosion or degradation. It forms a tight bond with stainless steel, aluminum, bronze and fiberglass, the most common materials used in marine equipment, and delivers 2500 PSI tensile bond strength to withstand the high mechanical loads of marine propulsion and handling systems. It is ABS marine compliant, ensuring it meets the safety standards for commercial vessel repairs, and cures quickly to enable limited vessel operation after 8 hours and full service after 18 hours.

Each tube contains 10 ounces of the repair paste, with a package of 18 tubes per case. The mixing ratio is 1:1 by weight, with a density of 1.9g/cm³. The recommended application temperature ranges from 40°F to 100°F, with full curing achieved after 18 hours at room temperature. The cured material has a silver gray color, and can be painted over with marine-grade coatings after curing for additional aesthetic and protective value.

This marine-grade wear repair agent is tailored for marine transportation, offshore drilling and shipbuilding industries. Typical use cases include repairing worn ship propeller blades, corroded outboard motor surfaces, damaged marine pipeline flanges, deck fittings and hull wear spots. It enables on-site repairs for small vessel damage without dry-docking, and can be used for larger repairs during scheduled maintenance dry-docks to reduce overall vessel downtime.
