This repair agent adopts alumina ceramic powder as the main wear-resistant material, mixed with modified silicone resin as the binder, which has ultra-high wear resistance and high-temperature resistance. The hardness of the coating can reach HRC 70-75, which is close to the hardness of alumina ceramic, and can effectively resist the wear caused by high-temperature flue gas, materials and mechanical friction. It has excellent high-temperature oxidation resistance, and can work stably for a long time at 800℃ without peeling or cracking. It solves the pain points of traditional high-temperature repair materials, such as poor high-temperature stability and short service life. It supports both brush coating and plasma spraying construction, which is suitable for large-area and small-area repair operations. It has excellent thermal conductivity, which can help the substrate to dissipate heat and avoid thermal deformation.

Each bag contains 1kg of repair agent, including 800g of ceramic powder and 200g of silicone resin binder. The repair layer thickness can be adjusted from 1mm to 10mm according to the wear degree. The wear hardness reaches HRC 72±2, which is 95% of the hardness of alumina ceramic. The applicable temperature range is from -20℃ to +800℃, and it can withstand short-term high temperature of 1000℃. The full curing time is 48 hours, and it needs to be heated to 150℃ for 2 hours after brushing to improve the adhesion. The adhesion strength meets ASTM C633 standard level 1, and the thermal conductivity is 1.5W/(m·K). It has excellent high-temperature oxidation resistance, and will not peel or crack after long-term use at 800℃. The packaging is a plastic woven bag with a plastic inner bag, which is convenient for storage and transportation. The shelf life is 18 months under unopened conditions, and it is compatible with brushes, rollers and plasma spraying equipment.

This product is suitable for repairing wear, corrosion and thermal deformation of components in high-temperature industrial scenarios such as cement kiln lining, power plant boiler heating surface, steel mill rolling mill roller, and mine crusher hammerhead. The target industries include cement, power, metallurgy, mining and other high-temperature industrial industries. A typical application case: a cement plant repaired the worn lining of the cement kiln with this product, and the service life of the lining was extended from 3 months to 10 months, effectively reducing maintenance costs and downtime. It can also be used for repairing wear of high-temperature fans and pipelines, and has been widely used in high-temperature industrial maintenance projects.
