This repair compound adopts nitrile rubber as the base material, mixed with high-performance wear-resistant fillers such as corundum powder, which has excellent wear resistance and can effectively resist the friction caused by materials such as coal, ore and sand. It has excellent adhesion to rubber substrates, and the peel strength can reach more than 90N/cm. It can be cured at room temperature, and the construction is simple, only need to clean the worn surface, apply the repair compound and wait for curing. It has excellent flexibility and can adapt to the bending and stretching of the conveyor belt during operation. It also has excellent water resistance and oil resistance, which can adapt to various outdoor and humid working environments.

Each bottle contains 500ml of repair compound, and the matching curing agent is 50ml per bottle. The repair layer thickness can be adjusted from 0.3mm to 3mm according to the wear degree. The wear resistance is ≤0.02g/1000 revolutions, which meets the national standard for conveyor belt repair materials. The applicable temperature range is from -30℃ to +80℃, and it can withstand short-term high temperature of 100℃. The full curing time is 12 hours, and the surface can be used normally after 6 hours. The elongation at break is ≥90%, which can adapt to the movement of the conveyor belt. It is resistant to water, oil and weak acid, and the packaging is a plastic bottle with a screw cap, which is convenient for storage and use. The shelf life is 6 months under unopened conditions, and it is compatible with all types of rubber conveyor belts including PVC, PU and rubber.
