This wear repair agent adopts a nickel-based alloy modified epoxy resin composite system, which has ultra-high wear resistance and can effectively resist abrasive wear caused by sand, metal particles and high-load friction. It solves the pain points of traditional welding repair, such as thermal deformation and stress cracking, because it can be cured at room temperature without large heating equipment. The coating has excellent oil resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and can adapt to complex industrial working conditions such as hydraulic oil immersion and high-temperature environments. It supports both brushing and high-pressure airless spraying construction, which is convenient for on-site repair operations. The single set can cover an area of up to 0.5㎡, which can greatly improve maintenance efficiency and shorten equipment downtime by more than 30%. It is compatible with a variety of metal substrates including carbon steel, alloy steel and cast iron.

Each set has a total weight of 1kg, including 600g of component A (repair paste) and 400g of component B (curing agent). The repair layer thickness can be adjusted from 0.5mm to 5mm according to the wear degree. The wear hardness reaches HRC 63±2, which is close to the hardness of ordinary carbon steel. The applicable temperature range is from -40℃ to 250℃, and it can withstand short-term high temperature of 300℃. The surface drying time is 2 hours, the actual drying time is 8 hours, and the full curing time is 24 hours. The adhesion strength meets ASTM D3359 standard level 5B, and the impact strength is 18MPa. It is resistant to hydraulic oil, industrial lubricating oil, weak acids and weak alkalis. The packaging is a double-component sealed metal tube plus a paper box, which is convenient for storage and transportation. The shelf life is 12 months under unopened conditions, and it is compatible with brushes, rollers and high-pressure airless spraying equipment.

This product is suitable for repairing worn surfaces of mining machinery such as scraper conveyor bushings, steel mill rolling mill sliding blocks, construction machinery track pin shafts and port crane pulley grooves. The target industries include metallurgy, mining, construction machinery, port logistics and papermaking. A typical application case: a steel mill repaired the worn sliding block of the rolling mill with this product, and completed the repair in only 24 hours without disassembling the entire rolling mill, restoring the normal operation of the equipment, and saving about 80% of the cost compared with replacing the original parts. It can also be used for repairing worn surfaces of industrial pipeline flanges and pump bodies, and has been widely praised by industrial maintenance teams for its convenient construction and long service life after repair.
