This sealant adopts a two-component underwater epoxy resin formula, which can cure directly under water or wet conditions, eliminating the need for pre-drying the substrate, greatly improving construction efficiency in underwater scenarios. It has excellent adhesion strength and tensile strength, forming a firm and reliable seal for various underwater substrates. It has excellent seawater corrosion resistance, suitable for marine and underwater engineering scenarios. The dual-component package comes with a built-in mixing tube, eliminating the need for on-site mixing tools, reducing construction complexity. It solves the pain point of traditional sealants failing to work in underwater or wet environments, providing reliable sealing solutions for underwater engineering projects.

Each package contains one 50ml dual-component mixing cartridge, with a mixing ratio of 1:1 by weight. The viscosity ranges from 70000 to 90000 mPa·s. It dries to touch within 40 minutes under water and fully cures within 24 hours. The cured sealant has a tensile strength of no less than 2.5MPa and adhesion strength of over 1.8MPa, capable of withstanding temperatures from -20℃ to 80℃. It complies with ASTM D3163 standard, with seawater immersion resistance of over 30 days, suitable for underwater concrete pipelines, hull cracks, underwater equipment joints and wet environment sealing.

This sealant is applicable to underwater pipeline joint sealing, hull crack repair, underwater lighthouse foundation sealing, port and wharf equipment sealing, wet environment building joint sealing and aquaculture equipment sealing. It effectively solves the problem of traditional sealants being unable to construct in underwater or wet environments, providing reliable sealing solutions for underwater engineering projects. It is widely used in marine engineering, underwater maintenance and aquaculture industries.
