It has excellent waterproof and dustproof performance, can withstand high-pressure water gun flushing (IPX9K rating). The cured elastic colloid can adapt to the thermal expansion and contraction deformation of automotive glass, and will not fall off. It also has excellent shock absorption performance, which can effectively reduce the vibration noise between windows and car bodies. It is easy to operate, compatible with manual caulking guns, and has fast curing speed, which can be put into use quickly after construction.
Each cartridge has a capacity of 300ml, with a colloid diameter of 35mm. The surface curing time is 25 minutes, and the full curing time is 48 hours. The tensile strength can reach 1.2MPa, and the tensile breaking elongation rate can reach 250%. The UV resistance test shows no obvious performance attenuation after 500 hours of irradiation. The applicable temperature range is -40℃ to 130℃, suitable for sealing installation of automotive windows, sunroofs and windshields, door seal gap repair, automotive rearview mirror base sealing and other scenarios.
