It adopts two-component mixing curing formula, which can be constructed after mixing at a ratio of 1:1. The cured colloid is hard and wear-resistant, with excellent insulation performance, which can effectively prevent short circuit and electric leakage of electronic components. It has excellent high and low temperature resistance, can adapt to extreme temperature environments, and has excellent moisture and dust resistance, which can effectively prevent water and dust from entering the interior of electronic components. The flame retardant grade reaches UL94 V-0, which can effectively prevent the spread of fire. The cured colloid has no shrinkage, can perfectly fill the gaps of components, and provide stable structural support. The low VOC formula is environmentally friendly and non-toxic, meeting EU environmental protection standards.

Each set has a weight of 100g, with a mixing ratio of A glue: B glue = 1:1 (weight ratio). The working time is 15-20 minutes, and the full curing time is 72 hours. The dielectric strength can reach 25kV/mm, the volume resistivity is 1×10^15 Ω·cm, the thermal conductivity is 0.2W/(m·K). The applicable temperature range is -60℃ to 200℃. The cured Shore hardness is 80 Shore D, suitable for potting small electronic circuit boards, sensors, transformers, relays and other components. It can be cured at room temperature to 80℃, and A and B glue need to be stored separately to avoid mixing.

It is mainly used in electronic manufacturing and electronic maintenance industries, including mobile phone circuit board maintenance, home appliance circuit board potting, industrial sensor sealing, transformer protection, automotive electronic component packaging and other scenarios. It is suitable for professional users such as electronic factories, home appliance repair shops, automotive electronic maintenance teams, and also suitable for sealing and protection of DIY electronic projects. It provides long-term insulation, moisture and high temperature protection for electronic components, extending the service life of electronic equipment.
