This sealant uses a high solid content polyurethane formula, which has higher bonding strength and toughness than traditional silicone sealants, can withstand greater structural deformation, and will not crack due to substrate expansion and contraction. It adopts an exclusive anti-ultraviolet formula, which will not yellow or powder after long-term exposure to outdoor environments. It has excellent weather resistance, can withstand extreme hot and cold environments, and the cured elastic colloid has excellent waterproof and dustproof properties, effectively preventing leakage and dust accumulation in building gaps. It has sufficient operating time for construction adjustment, and can be constructed without special diluents, compatible with all kinds of manual caulking guns.

Each cartridge has a capacity of 310ml, with a colloid diameter of 38mm. The full curing time is 48 hours, and the surface curing time is 30 minutes. The tensile breaking elongation rate can reach 500%, and the Shore hardness is 40 Shore A. The bonding strength can reach 1.8MPa. The UV resistance test shows no obvious yellowing after 1000 hours of irradiation. It can withstand extreme temperature changes from -50℃ to 150℃. It is suitable for outdoor building exterior walls, expansion joints, window frame and wall joints, bridge gaps and other scenarios. It does not contain heavy metal components, meets EU environmental protection standards, and can be used for municipal engineering, residential buildings, commercial building sealing construction.
