Formulated with fluorosilicone composite material, this sealant features an extremely low outgassing rate of 1e-6 Torr, meeting the requirements of ultra-high vacuum environments. It has excellent temperature resistance, operating stably between -70°C and 260°C, making it suitable for both cryogenic and high-temperature vacuum applications. After curing, it forms a dense elastic sealing layer that effectively prevents gas penetration and leakage, adhering strongly to common vacuum equipment substrates including aluminum, stainless steel, glass, and ceramic. It has excellent chemical stability, resisting corrosion from various chemicals in vacuum environments, and has an extended 24-month unopened shelf life, making it suitable for precision industrial and laboratory vacuum equipment installation and maintenance.

Each cartridge contains 250 milliliters of translucent paste-form vacuum sealant, packaged in a sealed aluminum foil bag with a vacuum-grade injection nozzle for precise cleanroom application. The cured sealant has a Shore A hardness of 45, a tensile elongation at break of ≥400%, and a vacuum leakage rate of <1e-9 atm·cc/s. It has a construction temperature range of 15°C to 30°C, with an unopened shelf life of 24 months when stored in a dust-free, cool, dry area.

This vacuum-grade sealant is primarily used in vacuum equipment applications, including sealing joints in semiconductor manufacturing vacuum chambers, sealing seams in laboratory vacuum furnaces, sealing joints in vacuum coating equipment, sealing vacuum packaging machines, and providing vacuum sealing for precision optical instruments. It is compatible with common vacuum equipment substrates, and must be applied in dust-free environments to avoid contamination of high-purity vacuum systems. This product is not suitable for general civilian sealing applications.
