Formulated with ceramic-filled silicone composite material, this sealant offers exceptional high-temperature stability, operating reliably at temperatures up to 315°C with short-term resistance to temperatures up to 350°C. It has a UL 94 V-0 flame retardant rating, providing excellent fire resistance for high-temperature industrial applications. It also features good thermal insulation and electrical insulation properties, making it suitable for sealing high-temperature equipment that requires thermal management. It forms a hard yet elastic sealing layer after curing, adapting to thermal expansion and contraction of substrates in high-temperature environments, and adheres strongly to metal, ceramic, and fiberglass substrates. It has zero VOC emissions and is resistant to chemical corrosion from industrial flue gases and solvents.

Each cartridge contains 300 milliliters of paste-form high-temperature sealant, packaged in a sealed metal hose with a high-temperature resistant injection nozzle. The cured sealant can accommodate joint gaps ranging from 2mm to 10mm, with a thermal conductivity of 0.15 W/m·K and a Shore A hardness of 60. It has a construction temperature range of 10°C to 40°C, with an unopened shelf life of 18 months when stored in a cool, dry area away from heat sources.

This high-temperature ceramic sealant is primarily used in industrial high-temperature scenarios, including sealing gaps in industrial furnaces, sealing joints of high-temperature pipelines, repairing seams in heat treatment equipment, sealing ceramic kiln joints, sealing exhaust systems of automotive engines, and providing thermal insulation sealing for electric heating equipment. It is compatible with a wide range of high-temperature substrates, making it suitable for heavy industrial production, automotive maintenance, and laboratory equipment sealing and insulation applications.
