Formulated with 100% food-grade neutral curing silicone, this sealant meets strict FDA food contact safety requirements, ensuring no harmful substances will migrate into food during use. It has excellent temperature resistance, operating stably between -60°C and 200°C, making it suitable for both frozen food storage and high-temperature baking environments. After curing, it forms an elastic sealing layer that adapts to thermal expansion and contraction of food containers, preventing moisture from entering and keeping food fresh. It requires no primer for easy application, making it suitable for both professional kitchen maintenance and home DIY food equipment repairs.

Each cartridge contains 280 milliliters of clear, paste-form food-grade sealant, packaged with a sterilized injection nozzle for hygienic food-contact applications. The cured sealant has a Shore A hardness of 30, a tensile elongation at break of ≥300%, and an IPX8 waterproof rating. It has a construction temperature range of 10°C to 35°C, with an unopened shelf life of 12 months when stored in a cool, dry place. Fully cured sealant is safe for direct contact with all types of food, with no harmful chemical emissions.

This food-grade sealant is primarily used for sealing gaps in food storage tanks, repairing seams in baking molds, sealing joints in commercial kitchen stainless steel equipment, repairing the housing of home food processors, and sealing gaps in food-grade plastic containers. It is compatible with common food-contact substrates including stainless steel, glass, and food-grade plastic. Note that this product is not recommended for long-term drinking water pipe sealing, as specialized drinking water-approved sealants are required for that application.
