Featuring a single-component moisture-cured formula that requires no mixing for direct use, this sealant offers convenient application for both professional contractors and DIY users. Its high-strength bonding performance enables structural-level sealing, adhering reliably to concrete, metal, wood, and vinyl siding substrates. Infused with UV stabilizers, it maintains its color and performance after years of outdoor exposure without yellowing or cracking. It has excellent temperature resistance, adapting to extreme weather temperature changes, and retains elastic recovery properties to accommodate thermal expansion and contraction of building substrates. Low VOC emissions meet environmental protection standards, and it is paintable to match exterior building color schemes.
Each cartridge contains 310 milliliters of paste-form sealant, packaged in a sealed aluminum foil bag with a durable injection nozzle suitable for outdoor construction use. The cured sealant can accommodate joint gaps ranging from 3mm to 12mm, with a tensile elongation at break of ≥500% and a Shore A hardness of 50. It has an IPX7 waterproof rating, with a construction temperature range of 5°C to 35°C. Unopened cartridges have an 18-month shelf life when stored in a cool, dry area away from direct sunlight.
