Adopting neutral curing technology to avoid corroding metal hardware like sink faucets and bathroom fixtures, this sealant is infused with mold and bacteria inhibiting ingredients to prevent mold growth in humid bathroom environments. With ultra-low VOC emissions that meet indoor environmental protection standards, it forms an elastic sealing layer after curing that can adapt to thermal expansion and contraction of substrates. No primer is required for quick and easy application, making it suitable for both DIY homeowners and professional renovation teams. Its excellent weather resistance allows it to withstand daily temperature cycles and water vapor erosion without degradation over time.

Each cartridge contains 300 milliliters of high-quality paste-form sealant, packaged with a pre-installed injection nozzle for precise application. The cured sealant has a thickness of 2mm, a tensile modulus of 300 kPa, and a Shore A hardness of 35. It features a temperature application range of 5°C to 35°C during construction, and can operate stably between -40°C and 120°C after full curing. Unopened cartridges have a 12-month shelf life when stored in a cool, dry place, with the packaging consisting of a sealed plastic tube designed for easy dispensing with standard caulking guns.

Primarily designed for residential kitchen and bathroom applications, this sealant is perfect for sealing gaps between countertops and bathroom sinks, sealing joints between shower glass panels and wall surfaces, sealing the base of toilets to floor tiles, and sealing edges of kitchen stainless steel sinks. It can also be used for small household DIY sealing projects, compatible with common bathroom and kitchen substrates including glass, ceramic, porcelain, and stainless steel. Note that this product is not suitable for long-term underwater sealing scenarios such as submerged pool structures.
