This product adopts anaerobic curing formula, no need for light or heating, and can quickly cure only in the thread gap isolated from air, which is convenient for construction without additional curing equipment. The cured elastic sealing layer has excellent locking strength and vibration resistance, which can withstand high-intensity vibration impact and prevent thread fasteners from loosening. At the same time, it has good sealing performance, which can prevent media such as water, oil and gas from leaking from the thread gap. It has a wide temperature adaptation range from -50℃ to 150℃, maintaining stable locking and sealing performance in extreme environments, solving the industry pain points of traditional thread anti-loosening methods that are easy to loosen and have poor sealing effect, providing long-term and reliable protection for thread connections.

This sealant is packed in a plastic hose with a capacity of 50ml per piece, and the net weight of each piece is about 55g. The pre-curing state is a uniform paste of red, blue or green. In the thread gap isolated from air, the setting time is about 10 minutes, and the full cure time is 24 hours (at 25℃, 50% humidity environment). The temperature resistance range covers -50℃ to 150℃, and it can withstand a short-term high temperature of 180℃. The locking strength is ≥15MPa, the sealing pressure is ≥10MPa, which complies with ISO 9001 quality management system standards and ASTM D5370 anaerobic sealant industry standards. The shelf life is 12 months, and it should be stored in a cool and dry place, avoiding direct sunlight and high temperature environments. It should be used as soon as possible after opening.

It is mainly used for sealing and anti-loosening of thread fasteners in industrial equipment, bolt sealing of automobile engines, sealing of thread connectors of home appliances, sealing and leakage prevention of pipe threads and other scenarios. It can adapt to a variety of common substrates such as metal threads and plastic threads, especially suitable for thread connection operations requiring frequent vibration, high temperature or high pressure, such as engineering machinery, automobile manufacturing, pipe installation and other industries.
