This product is made of food grade acrylic raw materials, fully complying with European and American food contact safety standards, will not pollute food or affect food hygiene and safety. It is a single-component solvent-based formula, convenient for construction, fast skintime, and can be put into use quickly. It has good acid and alkali corrosion resistance, can resist the erosion of commonly used cleaning agents, vinegar, salt and other substances in food processing, and has a temperature adaptation range from -20℃ to 80℃, maintaining stable sealing performance in food processing environments such as refrigeration and high-temperature cooking. It solves the industry pain points of traditional sealants that do not meet food contact safety standards and easily pollute food, providing a safe and compliant sealing solution for food processing scenarios.

This sealant is packed in a food grade plastic hose with a capacity of 280ml per piece, and the net weight of each piece is about 290g. The pre-curing state is a transparent or white uniform paste. The skintime is about 20 minutes, and the full cure time is 48 hours (at 25℃, 50% humidity environment). The temperature resistance range covers -20℃ to 80℃, and it can withstand a short-term high temperature of 100℃. The tensile bond strength is ≥0.4MPa, the elongation at break is ≥150%, the volatile content (VOC) is ≤50g/L, which complies with EU EU E1 environmental protection certification and FDA 21 CFR 175.105, LFGB food contact safety standards. The shelf life is 18 months, and it should be stored in a cool and dry place, avoiding direct sunlight and high temperature environments.

It is mainly used for gap sealing of food processing equipment, interface sealing of stainless steel kitchen sinks, joint sealing of food storage containers, replacement of sealing parts of commercial dishwashers, gap sealing of home kitchen countertops and other food contact scenarios. It can adapt to a variety of common substrates such as stainless steel, ceramic, glass and food grade plastic, especially suitable for scenarios requiring strict food hygiene and safety such as food processing plants, catering kitchens and home kitchens.
