This product adopts modified moisture-cured polyurethane formula, no need to mix two-component raw materials, single-component construction is convenient and can be directly extruded for use. Designed for the harsh working conditions of the automotive industry, it has excellent impact resistance, can withstand the vibration and bump during road driving, and will not crack or fall off. It has outstanding oil and water resistance, can resist the erosion of common automotive fluids such as gasoline, diesel and antifreeze, and has a wide temperature adaptation range from -45℃ to 120℃, maintaining stable sealing performance in severe cold winter and hot summer. It solves the industry pain points of traditional automotive sealants that are easy to age, poor oil resistance and short service life, providing long-term sealing protection for automobile bodies.

This sealant is packed in a corrosion-resistant metal composite tube with a capacity of 310ml per piece, and the net weight of each piece is about 320g. The pre-curing state is a uniform paste of black or grey. The skintime is about 15 minutes, and the full cure time is 24 hours (at 25℃, 50% humidity environment). The temperature resistance range covers -45℃ to 120℃, and it can withstand a short-term high temperature of 150℃. The tensile bond strength is ≥1.2MPa, the elongation at break is ≥250%, and it has excellent impact resistance, which can withstand 10kg/cm impact without cracking. It complies with ISO/TS 16949 automotive quality management system standards and SAE J1869 automotive sealant industry standards. The shelf life is 9 months, and it should be stored in a cool and dry environment at 5℃~25℃.

It is mainly used for sheet metal weld sealing, window frame sealing, lamp gap sealing, chassis joint sealing during automobile manufacturing, and also applicable to body dent repair sealing and bumper gap sealing in automobile maintenance. It can adapt to a variety of automotive common substrates such as steel, aluminum alloy, plastic, glass and rubber, especially suitable for sealing operations of various models such as commercial trucks, passenger cars and new energy vehicles.
