This product breaks the corrosion problem of traditional acidic silicone glue on metal, glass and other substrates, adopts neutral curing formula, has no irritating odor during construction, and will not negatively affect the indoor air quality after decoration. The unique anti-ultraviolet modified filler formula can effectively resist aging and cracking caused by long-term outdoor exposure, and has a service life of more than 20 years. It has a tensile bond strength of more than 0.6MPa, which can bear the thermal expansion and contraction displacement of building structures and avoid the risk of leakage at sealing nodes. It also has excellent acid and alkali corrosion resistance, suitable for complex environments such as coastal high salt fog and industrial pollution, solving the industry pain points of traditional sealants that are easy to age, corrode and have short service life.

This sealant is packed in a sealed aluminum-plastic composite tube with a capacity of 300ml per piece, and the net weight of each piece is about 310g. The pre-curing state is a uniform paste, and three conventional colors are available: transparent, white and grey. The skintime is about 30 minutes, and the full cure time is 7 days (at 25℃, 50% humidity environment). The temperature resistance range covers -40℃ to 140℃, and it can withstand a short-term high temperature of 180℃. The tensile bond strength is ≥0.6MPa, the elongation at break is ≥300%, the volatile content (VOC) is ≤100g/L, which complies with EU EU E1 environmental protection certification and American ASTM C920 sealant standards. The shelf life is 12 months, and it should be stored in a cool and dry place, avoiding direct sunlight.

It is mainly used for structural sealing of commercial building curtain walls, installation sealing of aluminum alloy doors and windows, gap sealing of exterior wall stone dry hanging, fixed sealing of outdoor billboards and other scenarios. It is suitable for most common building materials such as glass, aluminum alloy, stainless steel, tile, stone and concrete, especially suitable for outdoor environments with high salt fog and high pollution in coastal areas and industrial factories. It can also be used for sealing and waterproofing of kitchen and bathroom countertops and window gaps in home decoration.
