Focusing on the insulation and high temperature resistance needs of the power industry, this product uses a high-purity magnesite calcination and purification process to ensure a magnesium oxide purity of over 98.5%, reducing conductive impurities from the source and achieving ultra-high insulation resistivity. The exclusive particle size control technology improves the uniformity of the powder by 40%, avoiding local breakdown risks. The halogen-free formula complies with EU RoHS environmental protection standards, and will not release toxic and harmful gases when burned. At the same time, it has a long-term service temperature of 1000℃, adapting to extreme high-temperature working environments, solving the industry pain points of traditional insulating fillers that are prone to aging and have short service life, providing long-term and reliable insulation protection for cable systems.

Detailed technical parameters are as follows: Purity 98.5% Minimum, Loss on Ignition ≤0.3%, Moisture Content ≤0.1%, Particle Size D50: 18μm (within 10-30μm range), Bulk Density 0.9±0.1 g/cm³, Insulation Resistivity ≥1.2×10^12 Ω·cm, Melting Point 2800℃, CAS Registry Number 1309-48-4, Packaging: 25kg food-grade plastic bags inside with corrugated cartons outside, pH Value 9.0-10.5, Specific Surface Area 5-8 m²/g.

It is mainly suitable as insulation filler for mineral insulated heating cables, high-voltage power cables and industrial electric heating equipment, serving the manufacturing of new energy wind power cables, rail transit electrical systems and nuclear power supporting electrical equipment. It can be filled between the conductor and the metal sheath to effectively insulate current and improve the high temperature resistance and flame retardancy of cables. It can also be used as an additive for refractory insulation materials to improve the thermal stability of refractory materials.
