This product is prepared by the vapor deposition method, with the particle size accurately controlled between 20-50nm and a specific surface area of up to 80-120 m²/g, far exceeding the activity level of traditional magnesium oxide. It is modified with silane coupling agent on the surface, which greatly improves the dispersibility in organic systems and avoids agglomeration of nano particles. The ultra-high purity of over 99.5% and extremely low harmful impurity content make it applicable to scenarios such as lithium battery electrolyte additives and high-end catalyst carriers. At the same time, it has excellent antibacterial properties and can be used in antibacterial coatings for food packaging materials, solving the industry pain points of difficult dispersion and insufficient activity of nano materials.
Detailed technical parameters are as follows: Purity 99.5% Minimum, Loss on Ignition ≤0.1%, Moisture Content ≤0.05%, Average Particle Size 35nm (within 20-50nm range), Specific Surface Area 100±10 m²/g, Bulk Density 0.3±0.05 g/cm³, CAS Registry Number 1309-48-4, Packaging: 5kg vacuum-sealed aluminum foil bags inside with corrugated cartons outside, Surface Modifier: A-172 Silane Coupling Agent, pH Value 9.8-10.2.
It is mainly used as an additive for lithium ion battery cathode materials, high-end polyurethane composite materials, catalyst carriers, antibacterial food packaging coatings and advanced ceramic materials. It serves the manufacturing of new energy vehicle batteries, high-end composite material production, fine chemical industry and ceramic industry. It can improve the cycle life of lithium batteries, enhance the mechanical properties of composite materials, and act as an efficient catalyst carrier to improve the efficiency of catalytic reactions.
