This product uses high-temperature calcination and surface modification processes to improve the compatibility with polymer materials and avoid filler agglomeration. Its unique endothermic decomposition characteristic starts to decompose and absorb heat above 350℃, effectively reducing the surface temperature of the material and delaying the spread of combustion. It is halogen-free and non-toxic, and only releases water vapor and carbon dioxide when burned, complying with EU REACH environmental protection standards. The smoke suppression rate is over 90%, greatly reducing the toxicity of smoke in fires, solving the secondary hazard problem of traditional halogen-containing flame retardants. At the same time, it can improve the tensile strength and heat deformation resistance of materials.

Detailed technical parameters are as follows: Purity 96.0% Minimum, Loss on Ignition ≤0.5%, Moisture Content ≤0.2%, Particle Size D50: 28μm (within 20-40μm range), Bulk Density 1.1-1.4 g/cm³, Decomposition Temperature ≥350℃, Silicone Impurity ≤0.3%, CAS Registry Number 1309-48-4, Packaging: 50kg woven polypropylene bags with inner plastic liners, Halogen-Free: Yes, Smoke Suppression Performance ≥90%, Mohs Hardness 5.5-6.0.
It is mainly suitable for flame retardant modification of polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), ABS engineering plastics, styrene-butadiene rubber, neoprene and other polymer materials. It is applied to scenarios such as home appliance shells, automotive interior parts, wire and cable sheaths and architectural coatings, serving plastic manufacturing, rubber processing and coating production industries. It can effectively increase the flame retardant rating of materials to UL 94 V-0 level, while improving the processing performance and mechanical properties of the materials.
