This product adopts advanced electric melting production process, with a purity of up to 99.8% and uniform particle size distribution. Its dense crystal structure endows excellent thermal shock resistance and high-temperature compressive strength, effectively reducing the shedding rate of refractory linings in steelmaking furnaces and ceramic kilns. The ultra-low impurity content avoids introducing harmful elements during high-temperature use, ensuring the safety and stability of downstream products. Compared with ordinary magnesium oxide products, it has higher active index, which can significantly improve the densification degree of refractory castables and extend the service life of high-temperature equipment. It can be customized according to customer requirements for particle size and packaging specifications to match different application scenarios.

Particle size distribution: D50=25μm, D90=45μm; Purity: 99.8% MgO minimum; Moisture content: ≤0.1%; Loss on ignition: ≤0.2%; Bulk density: 1.8-2.2 g/cm³; Melting point: 2800°C; Specific surface area: 1.2 m²/g; Active index: ≥92%; Packaging specification: 25kg food-grade plastic woven bag with inner PE film; Storage condition: Dry and ventilated environment at temperature below 35°C; No mixed storage with acidic substances.

This product is mainly applicable to metallurgical industry, ceramic industry, electronic material industry and high-temperature coating field. Specific scenarios include steelmaking furnace linings, non-ferrous metal smelting kiln furniture, electronic ceramic substrate materials, high-temperature refractory castables, and advanced thermal barrier coatings. It can significantly improve the high-temperature performance of downstream products, reduce maintenance costs of high-temperature equipment, and meet the production needs of high-end manufacturing industries such as semiconductor packaging and precision ceramics.
