This product adopts a three-layer composite structure, with a stand-up base and a resealable zipper, which can stand on the shelf, facilitating consumers to view and pick up food. The zipper design can be opened and closed multiple times, maintaining the freshness of food and avoiding moisture and oxidation. Compared with ordinary packaging bags, it has better oxygen and moisture barrier performance. It can be customized to print brand logos, product information, shelf life and other content, and has a hanging hole for easy display in supermarket shelves. It solves the problem that ordinary packaging bags cannot stand on their own and cannot be resealed, providing a more convenient display and storage solution for retail food packaging.

It has a three-layer composite structure, with aluminum foil layer thickness ≥45μm, and the total thickness covers three specifications of 180μm, 200μm and 250μm. The stand-up base width is 1/3 of the size. The zipper is made of food-grade PE material with an easy-pull head design. The conventional size supports from 10*15cm snack packaging bags to 40*50cm coffee bean packaging. The heat sealing strength is ≥3.5N/15mm, and the single bag can bear a weight of up to 8kg. It complies with FDA and GB4806 food contact safety standards, with an oxygen barrier rate of less than 0.4 cm³/(m²·24h·atm) and a moisture barrier rate of less than 0.1 g/(m²·24h), and can be customized with printing and hanging holes.
