This product adopts a three-layer composite aluminum foil structure. The core aluminum foil layer can avoiding food oxidation, deterioration, moisture and mold. It supports 121℃ high-pressure sterilization without releasing harmful substances, The heat-sealing process is firm and reliable. It can also be customized in size and printed with patterns according to customer needs, adapting to the brand requirements of different food packagings, solving the industry pain point that ordinary fresh-keeping bags cannot meet the high-temperature sterilization requirements, normal temperature storage.

It has a three-layer composite structure, with aluminum foil thickness ≥40μm, and the total thickness covers three specifications of 120μm, 150μm and 200μm. The conventional size supports customizing from 10*15cm small packaging bags to 60*80cm large packages. The heat sealing strength is ≥3N/15mm, and the single bag can bear a weight of up to 5kg. It complies with FDA and GB4806 food contact safety standards, with an oxygen barrier rate of less than 0.5 cm³/(m²·24h·atm) and a moisture barrier rate of less than 0.1 g/(m²·24h), and is suitable for all high-temperature sterilization processes (121℃, 30min).

It is suitable for packaging high-temperature sterilized pre-packaged cooked food, braised food, fresh meat, bottled sauces, wet pet food and other foods. It is widely used in central kitchens, food processing plants, home vacuum fresh-keeping scenarios, and can also be used for packaging dry foods requiring long-term storage. It solves the problem that traditional plastic packaging cannot withstand high-temperature sterilization and has poor fresh-keeping effect, ensuring the safety and freshness of food during storage and transportation.
