Adopting high-density polyethylene (HDPE) outer layer and polypropylene (PP) inner layer, paired with high-purity aluminum foil layer, this product optimizes the anti-corrosion and UV resistance performance, solving the problems of aging and leakage common in ordinary anti-corrosion materials. The surface is coated with butyl self-adhesive glue layer, which is easy to install without additional adhesives, and can be directly attached to steel structures and pipeline surfaces. At the same time, it has excellent tensile strength, which can resist external forces such as wind and impact in outdoor environments. In addition, it has excellent weather resistance, which can be used for long-term use in environments ranging from -30℃ to 80℃.

The product has a composite structure of high-density polyethylene (HDPE), aluminum foil (AL) and polypropylene (PP), with a butyl self-adhesive glue layer on the surface. The total thickness can be customized from 130μm to 180μm, with the aluminum foil thickness ranging from 45μm to 50μm, the HDPE layer thickness from 30μm to 35μm, and the PP inner layer thickness from 55μm to 95μm. The tensile strength is ≥25MPa, the peel strength is ≥4N/15mm, the UV aging test shows no obvious aging after ≥5000 hours, the waterproof grade is IP68, and the operating temperature range is -30℃~80℃. The width can be customized from 500mm to 2000mm, and the coil length can be cut according to customer needs. It complies with ISO 12944 anti-corrosion standards.
It is mainly used in petrochemical pipeline anti-corrosion, steel structure building protection, electric power equipment shell protection, outdoor billboard protection, container anti-corrosion and other scenarios. It can be used for anti-corrosion protection of new construction projects and renovation and maintenance of old equipment, adapting to two installation methods of manual pasting and mechanical pasting, reducing construction difficulty and cost.
