Adopting a five-layer composite process, this product optimizes the heat sealing performance and leakage resistance of the RCPP inner layer, solving the problem of edge leakage common in ordinary food aluminum plastic films. The surface is treated with anti-fog treatment to avoid condensation water affecting the visual effect after packaging. At the same time, water-based ink printing process is used without solvent residue, meeting the requirements of green food packaging. In addition, the product has excellent high-temperature retort resistance, which can be used for sterilization and packaging of cooked food, and has good low-temperature resistance, adapting to the storage needs of frozen foods.

The product has a five-layer composite structure of polyethylene terephthalate (PET), aluminum foil (AL) and cast polypropylene (RCPP). The total thickness can be customized from 80μm to 110μm, with the aluminum foil thickness ranging from 30μm to 35μm, the PET layer thickness from 15μm to 20μm, and the RCPP inner layer thickness from 35μm to 55μm. The oxygen transmission rate is ≤0.3 cm³/(m²·24h·atm), the water vapor transmission rate is ≤0.2 g/(m²·24h), the heat seal strength is ≥9N/15mm, and it can withstand 121℃ high-temperature retort for 30 minutes. The width can be customized from 300mm to 1200mm, with a coil inner diameter of 76mm. It complies with FDA 21 CFR 177.1520 and EU 10/2011 food contact safety standards.
It is mainly used in meat fresh-keeping packaging, cooked food vacuum packaging, dried fruit moisture-proof packaging, frozen food packaging, ready-to-eat meal packaging and other scenarios. It is suitable for commercial vacuum packaging machines and automatic packaging production lines, and can be used for food fresh-keeping and packaging needs in supermarkets, food processing factories and catering industries. It also supports customized printing of brand logos and product information to improve product recognition.
