The blister forming performance is excellent, allowing it to form deep blister cavities of up to 15mm to accommodate different specifications of tablets and capsules. The seal integrity rate reaches over 99.5%, ensuring that the internal packaging environment is completely isolated from the outside, effectively extending the shelf life of drugs. It addresses the pain points of insufficient barrier performance and non-compliant materials of ordinary packaging materials for pharmaceutical products.

The total thickness of the film ranges from 80μm to 150μm, with the aluminum layer thickness between 20μm and 35μm and the PVC composite layer thickness between 40μm and 80μm, providing excellent mechanical strength and barrier performance. The oxygen transmission rate is no more than 0.1 cm³ per square meter per 24 hours per atmosphere, and the water vapor transmission rate is less than 0.05 g per square meter per 24 hours, meeting the strict barrier requirements for pharmaceutical packaging.
