Its UV barrier rate exceeds 99.9%, avoiding photodegradation of photosensitive drugs, and optimized heat sealing performance ensures the sealing of blister packaging, reducing the risk of drug deterioration. It is compatible with high-speed blister packaging machines, and can be customized into different specifications to adapt to various pharmaceutical packaging needs, improving the production efficiency of pharmaceutical enterprises.
The thickness tolerance is controlled within ±1μm, with optional thicknesses of 70μm,80μm and 90μm. The customizable width ranges from 50mm to 800mm, and roll length ranges from 200m to 1000m. The standard layer thickness distribution is:15μm NY layer,20μm aluminum foil layer,35-55μm PE layer. The heat sealing temperature ranges from 110℃ to 140℃, and the peel strength is ≥2.2 N/15mm. It meets GMP production environment requirements, and can be processed into blister packaging sheets according to customer requirements.
