The product has a thickness specification of 50-80μm, which can be customized according to the specific needs of electronic equipment. The aluminum foil layer is 6-8μm thick, providing excellent electromagnetic shielding performance; the middle polyethylene layer is 25-45μm thick, providing good insulation performance and heat sealing performance; the outer nylon layer is 10-15μm thick, providing good scratch resistance and mechanical protection. The electromagnetic shielding effectiveness is ≥80dB at 10kHz-18GHz, and the insulation resistance is ≥10^11 Ω. It can operate stably in the temperature range of -20℃ to 80℃, and has passed UL 94 V-2 flame retardant certification. The tensile strength in the longitudinal direction is ≥100MPa, and the transverse direction is ≥70MPa. The product is supplied in rolls with a width of 200-1000mm and a standard roll length of 1500m, and can also be die-cut into various shapes according to customer requirements. It has passed ROHS and UL 94 certifications, meeting the strict standards of the electronic industry.
