This product uses food-grade PET, aluminum foil and PE raw materials, with no toxic additives precipitation, passing FDA and EU food contact safety certifications. Its 100% light shielding performance avoids oxidative deterioration of photosensitive food, and optimized heat sealing process improves packaging sealing performance, preventing external moisture and bacteria from invading. It meets oil and acid-base resistance requirements of food packaging materials, and can be customized into different specifications such as pouches and roll sizes to adapt to various packaging machine models, improving packaging production efficiency.
The thickness tolerance is controlled within ±1.5μm, with optional thicknesses of 60μm,70μm,80μm and 100μm. The customizable width ranges from 100mm to 1500mm, and roll length ranges from 300m to 1500m. The standard layer thickness distribution is:12μm PET layer,18μm aluminum foil layer,30-70μm PE layer. The heat sealing temperature ranges from 120℃ to 150℃, and the peel strength is ≥2.0 N/15mm. It meets national food safety standards, and can be processed into special-shaped packaging bags according to customer requirements.
This product is widely used in leisure food packaging bags, meat vacuum packaging, dairy product sealed packaging, baked food packaging, vacuum instant food packaging, canned food auxiliary packaging and other food packaging scenarios.
