This product adopts a multi-layer co-extrusion composite structure, with precise control over each functional layer to deliver excellent barrier performance. Its inner heat-sealing layer has strong adhesion to battery electrode materials, avoiding delamination during long-term use. It offers excellent resistance to electrolyte corrosion, ensuring stable performance even in long-term immersion in battery electrolyte. The film can adapt to high-temperature welding and cold storage environments, and its consistent heat-sealing strength reduces production scrap rates during battery packaging. It addresses the pain points of traditional packaging materials with insufficient barrier properties, which often lead to battery core failure and shortened service life.

The total thickness of the film ranges from 100μm to 150μm, with the aluminum layer thickness controlled between 30μm and 50μm to balance barrier performance and flexibility. The oxygen transmission rate is no more than 0.5 cm³ per square meter per 24 hours per atmosphere, while the water vapor transmission rate is less than 0.1 g per square meter per 24 hours, meeting the strict requirements for lithium battery encapsulation. The tensile strength reaches over 180 MPa, providing sufficient mechanical strength to withstand internal pressure changes of the battery. It has an operating temperature range of -40℃ to 150℃, suitable for various production and application scenarios. The roll width can be customized from 300mm to 1200mm, and the length can be adjusted according to customer needs, with certifications including UL 2272, UN38.3, and IEC 62133.
This product is primarily used for the outer encapsulation of soft pack lithium-ion batteries, including power batteries for electric vehicles, 3C consumer electronics batteries such as smartphones and laptops, energy storage battery packs for household and commercial use, and lithium batteries for electric tools. It is also suitable for the packaging of high-energy-density battery modules, providing reliable protection for various lithium battery products during production, storage, and transportation, ensuring the safety and stability of battery performance throughout their lifecycle.
