The easy-tear option can be customized according to customer needs, making it convenient for consumers to open the package. It addresses the pain point of short shelf life of traditional plastic packaging materials, effectively protecting the quality and safety of food during storage and transportation.

Product specifications:

The total thickness of the film ranges from 60μm to 120μm, with the aluminum layer thickness between 20μm and 30μm and the inner PE layer thickness between 25μm and 50μm, balancing flexibility and barrier performance. The oxygen transmission rate is no more than 2.0 cm³ per square meter per 24 hours per atmosphere, and the water vapor transmission rate is less than 1.0 g per square meter per 24 hours, meeting the fresh-keeping requirements for most food products. It can withstand temperatures from -20℃ to 120℃, suitable for frozen food storage and hot filling packaging processes. The film supports 6-8 color printing, with clear and vivid patterns, and the roll width can be customized from 200mm to 1500mm, with optional easy-tear structures to meet different packaging needs. It has obtained FDA, EU 1935/2004, and GB 4806.7 food safety certifications.
