The core not only retains the high barrier performance of aluminum foil, but also can be completely degraded within under industrial composting condition. It has passed BPI and OK Compost certifications. It uses water-based ink printing, free of volatile organic compounds. Different from ordinary degradable plastic bags, this bag has better oxygen and water barrier performance, extending the shelf life of food, and supports heat-sealing process with firm sealing, adapting to home and industrial packaging assembly lines to help brands achieve sustainable development goals.

The base material is 100% plant-based polylactic acid (PLA) and pure aluminum foil composite film, with a total thickness of 120-180 microns. The surface is printed with water-based ink, without peculiar smell and toxic substances. It supports custom sizes from 10*15cm small snack bags to 50*60cm daily necessities bags. The heat-sealing sealing tension is ≥7N/15mm, and the single bag load can reach 3kg. It can be completely degraded into carbon dioxide, water and biomass within 90 days in industrial composting facilities without any residues. Every 1000 pieces are packed in recyclable corrugated cartons, and the overall packaging also meets environmental protection standards.

It is mainly used for packaging of organic food brands, coffee packaging in sustainable coffee shops, daily necessities packaging in zero-waste stores, environmental protection packaging of fresh e-commerce, and compostable storage packaging of home food. It complies with environmental protection packaging regulations of major global markets such as the EU and the United States, helping brands improve their sustainable image and meet consumer demand for green packaging.
