This product has excellent biocompatibility, meeting the requirements of USP Class VI biological evaluation, ensuring that it will not cause adverse reactions when in contact with drugs and medical devices. Its ultra-high barrier performance can effectively isolate oxygen, water vapor and ultraviolet light, extending the shelf life of drugs by 2-3 times compared with ordinary plastic blister films. It can withstand high-temperature steam sterilization at 121℃ for 30 minutes, meeting the sterile packaging requirements of medical devices and some heat-sensitive drugs. The film has good forming performance, which can be easily formed into various blister shapes on automatic blister packaging machines, adapting to different drug packaging designs. The optimized heat-sealing process ensures firm sealing between the film and the PVC or PP base film, avoiding leakage or contamination of packaged products. In addition, it supports printing of drug information, barcodes and batch numbers, meeting the traceability requirements of pharmaceutical production.

The product has a thickness specification of 80-110μm, which can be customized according to the specific packaging needs. The aluminum foil layer is 7-9μm thick, providing excellent shielding performance for light, oxygen and water vapor. The inner plastic layer is 55-80μm thick, made of food-grade and pharmaceutical-grade polyvinyl chloride or polypropylene, ensuring direct contact with drugs and meeting safety standards. The tensile strength in the longitudinal direction is ≥120MPa, and the transverse direction is ≥90MPa; the heat seal strength is ≥3.2N/15mm. The oxygen barrier rate is ≤0.3 cm³/(m²·24h·atm), and the water vapor barrier rate is ≤0.05 g/(m²·24h). It can withstand high-temperature steam sterilization at 121℃ for 30 minutes without deformation or performance degradation. The product is supplied in rolls with a width of 100-600mm and a standard roll length of 500-2000m, and can be cut into sheets according to customer requirements. It has passed USP Class VI, ISO 15378 and GMP certifications, meeting the strict requirements of pharmaceutical production and quality control.
This product is mainly suitable for blister packaging of various pharmaceutical dosage forms, including tablets, capsules, ointments, eye drops and other medical supplies, as well as the sterile packaging of small medical devices such as surgical sutures, medical needles and diagnostic kits. It is widely used in pharmaceutical factories, medical device manufacturing enterprises, medical supplies distribution centers and other scenarios. In the pharmaceutical production process, it can be matched with automatic blister packaging machines, realizing high-efficiency automated production, improving production efficiency and reducing labor costs. It can also meet the special packaging needs of some special drugs, such as insulin, biological agents and other products that require strict barrier protection. In addition, it supports the printing of drug information and barcodes, meeting the traceability and regulatory requirements of the pharmaceutical industry, ensuring the safety and compliance of drug circulation.
