It meets RoHS and REACH environmental protection standards, with no harmful substances precipitation. The customizable adhesive backing facilitates direct pasting on electronic component shells, and good die-cutting performance adapts to precision electronic component packaging processing. Its lightweight design does not increase the overall weight of electronic equipment, improving the signal stability of electronic devices.
The thickness tolerance is controlled within ±1μm, with optional thicknesses of 30μm,40μm,50μm and 60μm. The customizable width ranges from 50mm to 1000mm, and roll length ranges from 500m to 2000m. The standard layer thickness distribution is:10μm aluminum foil layer,15μm PET layer,5-35μm PE layer. The electromagnetic shielding performance can be customized up to 80 dB, and die-cut forming services can be provided according to customer requirements.
This product is mainly used for internal component shielding packaging of mobile phones, computer mainboard component protection, industrial sensor shielding packaging, precision electronic component vacuum packaging, EMI shielding materials and other electronic product scenarios.
