The high-speed scanning speed of up to 50mm/s can meet the rapid detection needs of mass production lines, and the built-in GD&T analysis module can automatically calculate various geometric tolerance parameters such as parallelism, perpendicularity and contour degree.

The main machine dimensions are 1200mm × 800mm × 1000mm, with a net weight of 85kg, which is suitable for fixed installation in the production line end. The measuring stroke of X-axis is 500mm, Y-axis is 300mm, Z-axis is 100mm, and the measurement accuracy reaches ±0.2μm, meeting the detection requirements of high-precision workpieces. It is powered by AC 220V 50/60Hz, supports stable data transmission through Ethernet and USB3.0 interfaces, and is compatible with major CNC system brands such as Siemens and Fanuc. The supporting analysis software can generate professional detection reports and perform data comparison with standard CAD models.
This product is mainly used in the end-of-line detection of CNC machine tools in large-scale hardware processing plants, aerospace structural parts manufacturing workshops, automotive body parts processing lines and other scenarios. It can conduct 100% inspection or sampling inspection of processed workpieces, detect contour deviations in real time, and send adjustment instructions to the CNC machine tool to correct processing parameters. It can also be used for incoming material inspection of large precision parts, ensuring that the delivered parts meet the design requirements.
