It is equipped with an automatic consumable pressing mechanism, reducing manual adjustment errors, solving the pain points of low efficiency of single-disc operation and poor consistency of batch samples.
Each polishing disc has a diameter of 254 Millimeters, the single motor rated power is 1.1 Kilowatts, the total motor power is 2.2 Kilowatts, the power input is 0.22 Kilovolts 60Hz, the speed adjustment range is 100-2000 r/min, the total weight is 120 Kilograms, the overall dimensions are 1200×800×1100 Millimeters, the maximum applicable sample diameter is ≤150 Millimeters, it is equipped with dual circulating cooling systems, supports pedal + manual mixed operation, is compatible with various grinding and polishing consumables with a diameter of 250-260mm, and is equipped with a detachable dust collection device to reduce laboratory cleaning costs.
