The core highlight of this double-disc automatic metallographic polishing machine is its dual-station independent design, which can realize rough polishing and fine polishing at the same time, reducing the time of replacing polishing discs and improving the overall efficiency of sample preparation by more than 50% compared with single-disc equipment. Each station is equipped with an independent automatic pressure control system, which can set different pressure and speed parameters according to the process requirements of rough and fine polishing, meeting the needs of different stages of sample preparation. The equipment adopts a dual-channel independent cooling system, which can independently control the cooling water flow of the two stations, avoiding the mixing of cooling water between different polishing stations and ensuring the cleanliness of the sample. The touch screen control system supports multi-group parameter storage, which can quickly switch between different sample preparation processes, and the whole machine adopts a shock-absorbing base to reduce the operation noise and vibration.
It is equipped with two 250mm polishing discs, one for rough polishing and the other for fine polishing, the rotational speed adjustment range of each disc is 50-2000rpm stepless adjustable, the total rated power is 1.5kW, the power supply specification is 220V 50/60Hz three-phase AC power, the net weight of the whole machine is 58kg, the overall dimensions are 1200mm (length) × 650mm (width) × 950mm (height), the dual-channel independent cooling system flow rate is 10L/min per station, the applicable sample diameter range is φ25mm to φ100mm, the pressing force range of each station is 0-80N adjustable, the operation interface is 10-inch touch screen, the programmable storage parameters can be up to 50 groups, the noise level is ≤60dB(A), and it is standard equipped with a built-in dust collector and anti-slip shock-absorbing base.

It is mainly applicable to large-scale metallographic sample preparation scenarios such as automobile manufacturing quality inspection centers, aerospace material testing institutions, large steel plants, and national key material laboratories. It can meet the mass production demand of metallographic samples in industrial production, such as quality inspection of automotive parts, material performance testing of aerospace components, and failure analysis of large mechanical equipment. It can also be used for sample preparation of academic collaborative research projects, providing high-efficiency and high-precision metallographic sample preparation solutions for large-scale scientific research.
