This high-voltage test bench adopts a fully automated testing system, which can complete all test items without manual adjustment of equipment parameters, greatly improving testing efficiency and accuracy. It has a measurement accuracy of ±0.1%, which meets the national first-class testing equipment standards. It integrates professional functions including harmonic analysis and core loss test, which can comprehensively evaluate the performance of large power transformers. The 15-inch industrial touch screen supports multi-view data display, and can store up to 50,000 test records for traceability of test data. It adopts a modular design, which is convenient for maintenance and upgrade, and supports optical fiber and 4G/5G remote communication for real-time data sharing with the power management cloud platform.

The test bench supports a test voltage range of 0-200kV AC/DC, test current range of 0-500A, and maximum test capacity of 10000kVA, with a measurement accuracy of ±0.1%. It comes standard with AC380V 3-phase 50/60Hz power input, and requires dedicated power distribution support for high-power testing. The overall dimensions are 2200mm in length, 1500mm in width and 1800mm in height, with a net weight of 2500kg, and it is fixed with anchor bolts during testing to ensure operational safety. It is equipped with RJ45, optical fiber and 4G/5G communication interfaces, supports storage of 50,000 test records, and supports remote firmware upgrade and data export. It integrates multiple professional test functions including turns ratio test, insulation resistance test, DC resistance test, no-load/load loss test, partial discharge test, harmonic analysis and core loss test, and is compatible with 110kV and above large-scale power transformer models.
This product is mainly applicable to performance testing, overhaul testing and technical appraisal of 110kV and above large-scale power transformers. It is widely used in large power plants, regional 220kV/500kV substations, large transformer manufacturing plants and national grid maintenance companies. For example, when carrying out overhaul testing of a substation main transformer, this equipment can complete all high-voltage testing items, accurately detect potential faults such as insulation defects and core loosening, and provide accurate test data for transformer overhaul acceptance and safe operation.
