A key feature of this test bench is its fully automatic and integrated design. The automatic wiring recognition system uses machine vision technology, which can accurately identify the wiring terminals of different types of transformers, complete the wiring within 5 minutes, reducing the traditional wiring time by more than 80%. It has a built-in professional transformer testing database, which can automatically match test procedures according to the transformer type and capacity, ensuring the accuracy of test items. It supports unmanned testing, and can complete all test items without on-site personnel after starting, greatly improving the testing efficiency of batch transformers. It also supports remote data sharing, allowing multiple departments to jointly view and manage test data, solving the pain points of low efficiency of manual testing and scattered data management.

The overall dimensions are 1500*900*1000mm, with a net weight of 450kg. The test voltage range is 0-66kV, test current range is 0-1500A, suitable for transformers with capacity of 500-20000kVA. The power supply is AC380V 3-phase 50Hz, with a power consumption of less than 10kW. It is equipped with a 12-inch industrial LCD touch screen, supports storage of over 8000 test reports, and is equipped with USB, LAN and 5G interfaces for high-speed data transmission and remote control. The certification meets CE and UL standards, with an operating temperature range of -5℃ to 45℃, and the shell is made of aluminum alloy and steel plate composite structure, with good heat dissipation and impact resistance.
This test bench is mainly applicable to power maintenance companies, transformer leasing companies, batch transformer testing centers, urban grid operation and maintenance centers and transformer after-sales service centers. It can meet the batch testing needs of transformers in different scenarios, helping enterprises to quickly complete a large number of transformer safety tests and quality inspections, improve the efficiency of equipment maintenance and quality control, and reduce the labor cost of professional testing technicians.
