The core advantage of this test bench lies in its portability and professional fault diagnosis function. It adopts a lightweight design, with a net weight of only 65kg, and is equipped with a telescopic pull rod and universal wheels, which can be easily carried by a single person. The built-in 12V rechargeable battery supports up to 8 hours of continuous working time, meeting the needs of outdoor mobile testing. The spectrum analysis function can analyze the vibration signal and electrical signal of the transformer, accurately identify the type and location of faults, solving the pain point that traditional test equipment can only detect faults but cannot diagnose the specific cause. It also supports offline report generation, which can print test reports on-site without network connection.

The overall dimensions are 600*400*300mm, with a net weight of 65kg. The test voltage range is 0-15kV, test current range is 0-300A, suitable for transformers with capacity of 10-1000kVA. It supports two power supply modes: built-in DC12V rechargeable battery and AC220V, with a power consumption of less than 0.8kW. It is equipped with an 8-inch LCD touch screen, supports storage of over 2000 test reports, and is equipped with USB and Bluetooth interfaces for data transmission and external device connection. The certification meets CE standards, with an operating temperature range of -5℃ to 45℃, and the shell is made of high-strength plastic material with good drop resistance.
This test bench is mainly applicable to power emergency rescue teams, mobile maintenance vehicles, rural grid inspection, small substation emergency testing and community power distribution equipment fault detection. It can quickly complete fault diagnosis and safety testing of transformers in outdoor scenarios, helping maintenance personnel quickly locate faults, reduce equipment downtime, and improve the response speed of emergency power support.
