This test bench is specially optimized for dry-type transformer testing, with a built-in partial discharge detection module with a sensitivity of ≤0.5pC, which can accurately detect tiny partial discharge defects in dry-type transformers. It supports synchronous temperature testing during the test, which can truly reflect the operating status of dry-type transformers under load. The 8-inch color touch screen supports one-key automatic testing, and can automatically analyze test data and generate professional dry-type transformer performance reports. It adopts a wheeled mobile design, with a net weight of only 120kg, which is convenient for transfer between multiple test points. It also supports WIFI and Bluetooth communication, which can synchronize test data to mobile terminals and enterprise management systems in real time.

The test bench supports a partial discharge sensitivity of ≤0.5pC, test voltage range of 0-60kV AC, turns ratio test range of 1-10000, and DC resistance measurement accuracy of ±0.1%. The maximum test capacity is 1500kVA, and it comes standard with AC380V 3-phase 50/60Hz power input. The overall dimensions are 900mm in length, 600mm in width and 750mm in height, with a net weight of 120kg. It is equipped with WIFI, Bluetooth and USB communication interfaces, supports storage of 20,000 test records, and supports remote data sharing. It integrates special test functions for dry-type transformers including partial discharge test, temperature synchronous test, turns ratio test, insulation resistance test, DC resistance test and no-load/load loss test, and is compatible with all mainstream dry-type transformer models.
This product is mainly applicable to performance testing, quality inspection and post-repair verification of dry-type transformers. It is widely used in dry-type transformer manufacturing plants, building power distribution system maintenance teams, data center power equipment maintenance departments, and power supply company distribution network maintenance teams. For example, when testing new dry-type transformers in a manufacturing plant, this equipment can complete all test items including partial discharge detection, truly reflecting the insulation performance and operational stability of the transformers, and providing reliable quality inspection data for product delivery.
