This product uses integrated molding process, which tightly combines the decorative coating and rock wool insulation layer, without on-site decorative construction, shortening the construction cycle of building exterior walls. The surface coating has excellent weather resistance, which can resist the erosion of ultraviolet rays, rain and sand, and has a service life of more than 15 years. The A-level fire performance meets national fire protection requirements, and the insulation layer has low thermal conductivity, effectively reducing building energy consumption. The installation uses hidden fasteners to avoid the problem of decorative layer cracking and falling off.
The standard size is 1200mm in length × 600mm in width, with optional thicknesses of 60mm, 80mm, 100mm and 120mm. The density is 160kg/m³, the thermal conductivity is 0.033 W/(m·K) at room temperature, the water absorption rate is less than 1.3% by volume, the surface coating can be polyester or PVDF, and the optional colors include white, gray, beige and others. The working temperature range covers -50℃ to 700℃, about 90㎡ is loaded per pallet, and the packaging is wrapped in waterproof PE film, complying with transportation standards.
It is suitable for exterior wall decorative insulation integrated systems of various commercial office buildings, hotels, apartments and large shopping malls. It can also be used for exterior facade renovation projects of existing buildings, improving the aesthetic appearance and energy saving effect of buildings, complying with the design requirements of modern green buildings.
