This product uses basalt as the main raw material, and is made into fibrous rock wool by high-speed centrifugation, with uniform fiber distribution and stable structure. Compared with traditional polystyrene insulation materials, it has a fire rating of EN 13501-1 A1 Grade, which can effectively block the spread of fire. At the same time, it has low thermal conductivity, reducing building heating and cooling energy consumption. Its waterproof and breathable structure avoids internal condensation and extends the service life of building exterior walls. It is suitable for anchor bolt fixing and adhesive mortar construction, and adapts to a variety of exterior wall finishing systems, with convenient and efficient installation.
The standard size is 1200mm in length × 600mm in width, with optional thicknesses of 50mm, 75mm, 100mm, 120mm and 150mm. The density is 150kg/m³, the thermal conductivity is 0.032 W/(m·K) at room temperature, the water absorption rate is less than 1.5% by volume, the bonding strength is ≥0.1MPa, the working temperature range covers -200℃ to 700℃, about 120㎡ is loaded per pallet, and the packaging is wrapped in waterproof PE film on pallets, which complies with road and sea transportation standards.
It is suitable for exterior wall insulation systems of various residential buildings, commercial office buildings, hotels and other buildings, as well as exterior wall insulation of industrial factories. It adapts to a variety of exterior wall finishes such as coatings and brick veneer, and can also be used for exterior wall insulation renovation projects of existing buildings, meeting the national building energy conservation standard of more than 65%.
