This product adjusts the arrangement and density of rock wool fibers to improve the sound absorption performance of medium and low frequency bands, with a sound absorption coefficient of more than 0.85 (250Hz frequency band), effectively reducing the noise transmission of machine room equipment and public spaces. Compared with traditional sound-absorbing cotton, it has A-level fire resistance and will not release toxic smoke at high temperatures, suitable for scenarios with high fire protection requirements. The surface can be selected with smooth or perforated surface, adapting to different decoration styles, and can be installed easily without special tools.
The standard size is 1200mm in length × 600mm in width, with optional thicknesses of 40mm, 50mm, 75mm and 100mm. The density is 80kg/m³, the sound absorption coefficient is ≥0.85 (250Hz), the thermal conductivity is 0.035 W/(m·K), the water absorption rate is less than 1.2% by volume, the working temperature range covers -40℃ to 600℃, about 30㎡ is loaded per carton, and the packaging is made of waterproof cardboard, easy to carry and store.
It is suitable for film and television studios, recording studios, computer rooms, diesel generator rooms, large shopping malls, cinemas, office building public areas and other scenes requiring noise reduction and sound absorption. It can also be used for noise control in industrial production workshops, complying with national indoor acoustic design standards.
